Profile of the Chairman

• CMA Mihir Narayan Vyas has been elected as Chairman of the Western India Regional Council of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India for the period 2025-2026.
• He has served as a Vice Chairman of ICMAI-WIRC for the year 2024-25 & Secretary of ICMAI WIRC for the year 2023-24.
• Also he served as a Chairman Students Coordination Committee of WIRC, Chairman Editorial Board of WIRC & Chairman Taskforce for empowering CMAs of WIRC for the year 2023-24 & 2024-25.
• Chairman of ICMAI Baroda Chapter – Year 2022-23.

• He is M.Com., FCMA, DISSA, DFA, ID and  having practical exposure of around 13 years in the field of Cost & Management Accountancy and wide exposure in the area of statutory cost accounting prevailing in India in pharmaceutical and engineering sector.
• He started working with CMA Shirish V Diwanji, during his studies and since then he has been actively involved in the various assignments pertaining to Management Information Systems, cost audit, Cost Compliances etc.
• He has also done Diploma in Information System Security Audit (DISSA) which is post qualification course after CMA course. He has also done Expert study in Diploma in Forensic Audit (DFE) which is post qualification course after CMA course.
• He is closely Involved in Cost Audit Assignments of PSUs, Fortune 500 Companies and Few MNC’s
