Profile of the Secretary

• CMA Chaitanya Laxmanrao Mohrir has been elected as Secretary of the Western India Regional Council of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India for the period 2025-2026.
• Chairman of Western India Regional Council, ICMAI for the year 2023-24.
• He served as a Treasurer of ICMAI-WIRC for the year 2024-25, 2022-23 and Chairman Professional Development of WIRC, Chairman Taskforce for Co-operative, Trust, banking, & MSME of WIRC, Chairman Taskforce for Members in Industry of WIRC for the year 24-25.
• He has Regional Council Member of ICMAI for the term 2019–23 and has been re-elected for the term 2023–27.
• 15 years of experience in the fields of Costing, MIS, Finance & Accounts and ERP Systems implementation.
• Currently Working in Multinational Company as Manager, working on SAP Implementation and support projects. 
• He has started his career as from Dhananjay V Joshi & Associates and worked in companies, TATA Motors, L&T Infotech, Infosys, AtoS.
• ICMAI-WIRC Editorial Board Chairman – 2022-23  
• He was a Managing Committee of ICAI- Pune Chapter for 10 years and worked in different capacities like Vice-Chairman, Treasurer, P D Committee Chairman, Managing Committee Member 
• Has travelled to USA, Norway, Europe & Middle East for different assignments.
• visiting faculty for different Management Institutes and Speaker at various seminars
